The CHANGEmaker Program is an inclusive program with both synchronous and asynchronous learning opportunities. With access to the DEI Learning Hub, all enrolled CHANGEmakers will have the opportunity to become a Certified CARES® Practitioner.

CHANGEmaker Program

For Individuals

Duration: 6 months Throughout a six-month period, Individual CHANGEmakers will have access to the DEI Learning Hub (with 5 new videos and activities posted monthly) as well as the CARES® Certification portal. Aligning to the five modules of CARES®, the DEI Learning Hub provides additional resources for deeper learning as well as bonus materials to dive deeper into intersectionality and foundational JEDI/DEI concepts. This Program is perfect for individuals looking to enhance their skillset with knowledge and application of new information – as well as gain a nationally registered certification.

CHANGEmaker Program

For Leaders

Duration: 12 months Throughout a twelve-month period, Leader CHANGEmakers will have access to the DEI Learning Hub (with 5 new videos and activities posted monthly) as well as exclusive members-only trainings. In addition to the DEI Learning Hub, which includes the CARES® Certification, Leaders will also receive monthly 1:1 coaching with an assigned mentor to support in strategic initiatives and sustainability of DEI/JEDI efforts. This Program is perfect for leaders who manage others and/or DEI/JEDI initiatives. ERG (Employee Resource Group) leaders are also perfect candidates. Please note that the Leaders Program is limited to ensure quality coaching and service delivery.

CHANGEmaker Program

For Teams

Duration: 12 months

Throughout a twelve-month period, Team CHANGEmakers are enrolled in our Leader CHANGEmaker program. In addition to the Leader Program, Team CHANGEmakers also gain access to twelve (12) CHANGE credits which can be used for customized trainings, additional access to the DEI Learning Hub, additional coaching hours, and a plethora of other benefits. This Program is perfect for organizations that have a commitment to DEI/JEDI and have time available in their organizations to provide training and/or coaching across multiple layers in the organization. By joining the Team CHANGEmakers program, you gain access to a full-suite of aligned resources to meet your DEI/JEDI needs.
