US2 , Inc. is seeking CHANGEMaker to support our team.

This is a full time virtual position with generous benefits available. In-person opportunities and travel are also available on an as-needed basis.
You will support the team with conducting needs assessments, facilitating trainings, and mentoring fellow CHANGEmakers through the JEDI Journey. You’ll need an understanding of social justice and equity initiatives, strong presentation and facilitation techniques, and a commitment to a mission-driven business framework. You also need to be well-organized, timely, detail-oriented, and able to navigate different perspectives without judgment.

  • Develop content and work alongside the team to establish effective materials that align with our brand and mission
  • Collaborate with fellow CHANGEmakers to deliver impactful information and guide strategic conversations
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends to identify future growth opportunities
  • Participate in developing programmatic goals and systems to best meet client needs
  • 1-2 years’ experience within speaking, teaching, leadership, or related field preferred
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills
  • Demonstrate strong teaching and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrate an understanding of social justice initiatives and current trends regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Proven experience in the virtual work environment
  • Excellent knowledge and aptitude of MS Office Suite (including Teams) and online platforms (SuiteDash preferred)

Executive Assistant

If you join us in the Executive Assistant role at US2, your work ensures our CEO’s attention remains focused on what truly matters, allowing the team to excel in delivering our mission.

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO at US² Consulting, you play a pivotal role in supporting our CEO as she shifts her focus towards Speaking Engagements, the upcoming launch of her new book in 2024, and other visionary initiatives aimed at advancing our mission. Your organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and proactive mindset enable you to anticipate and fulfill the CEO’s needs. You take charge of handling the essential yet time-consuming tasks, freeing up the CEO’s energy and time for strategic, high-impact work.

Our CEO has a relentless drive to remain engaged in meaningful work, and is an exceptional fit for this role possesses the ability to deftly manage or delegate tasks that do not directly contribute to her visionary work. 

Calendar and Schedule Management:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including sending meeting invites.
  • Prioritize tasks and responsibilities, focusing the CEO’s attention on critical activities.

Event and Speaking Engagement Coordination:

  • Assist in preparing for speaking engagements and book launch activities, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination.
  • Setting up tables for book events, vendor tables at conferences, or for sale at speaking events.

Travel and Networking Coordination:

  • Support with coordinating travel, flights, speaking, and networking opportunities.
  • Assist the CEO in preparing for Speaking Engagements and book launch activities, including scheduling, logistics, and coordination.

Email and Communication Management:

  • Perform daily inbox sweeps, organize incoming emails, draft replies requiring the CEO’s response (with Megan’s approval), and filter spam/unnecessary messages.

  • Serve as a central point of contact and communication between the CEO and team.

Team Coordination and Reporting:

  • Provide regular updates on team activity to Megan.
  • Redelegate work for the team in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
  • Summarize daily company activities, deadlines, goals, and discussions, sharing this information with the team.
  • Serve as a central point of contact and communication between the CEO and team, ensuring that she remains informed and engaged in meaningful work.
  • Ensure Megan can concentrate on strategic leadership and high-impact initiatives.

 

Information Sharing

    • Summarize daily company activities, deadlines, goals, and discussions.
    • Share this information with the team to keep everyone informed and engaged.

  • The ability to communicate tactfully & effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to anticipate the CEO’s needs and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Adaptable and able to quickly respond to changing priorities and unexpected demands in a dynamic work environment.
  • 1-2 years experience as an Executive Assistant to a C-Suite professional.

Junior Sales & Development Coordinator

If you join us in the Junior Sales & Development Coordinator role at US2, your work will be pivotal in the continued success of our newly launched CHANGEMaker program and other core services.  

As a Junior Sales & Development Coordinator at US² Consulting, you are someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces innovative solutions, and shares our commitment to JEDI principles. You are a self-motivated individual who excels in cold calling and leads nurturing, who is driven to convert leads into valuable client relationships, and dedicated to supporting our clients in achieving their JEDI goals.

Sales 

  • Finetune  and maintain sales processes, scripting, and SOP documents to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Engage in cold calling and networking for sales, aiming to schedule discovery calls and convert cold leads into closed deals. Target a 20% booking rate and make a minimum of 100 weekly calls.
  • Maintain Hubspot CRM, updating contact information, email history, and adding notes for lead follow-ups.
  • Actively seek new contacts and leads, scouting resources for outreach to organizations and school districts. Leverage LinkedIn to identify key company personnel for JEDI support pitches.
  • Monitor call metrics and provide insightful observations on effectiveness.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, effectively transitioning leads to clients by maintaining a well-organized and efficient process.


Development

  • Collaborate with the US² team to support clients in achieving JEDI goals.
  • Initially funnel prospect into the discovery stage to be closed by our CEO, with the goal of eventually leading discovery calls. 
  • Lead with interpersonal skills and active listening to understand client needs thoroughly.
  • Develop strategies for targeting client types and taking ownership of reaching revenue goals. 
  • Be a relationship builder, fostering connections and rapport with clients, as the nature of JEDI work involves nurturing relationships and advocating for positive change.
