This is a full-time virtual position with generous benefits available. In-person opportunities and travel are also available on an as-needed basis.
You will support the team with execution in both organizational/process-based tasks and oversight. You’ll need an understanding of business strategy, operations, and a commitment to a mission-driven business framework. You also need to be well-organized, timely, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task, when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Promote our business vision with a benefit framework that links adoption of policy to successful business outcomes
- Employ a structured management methodology to facilitate and promote commitment to adapt to the processes; tailor this methodology to be culturally appropriate for the organization
- Identify pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion, and develop counterstrategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues
- Create communications strategies and plans to ensure all employees are fully aware of organizational policies and procedures
- Assess developmental needs to drive the business initiatives from a missiondriven focus
- Collaborate with team members while monitoring and managing their work
- Develop and maintain relationships with the team to establish priorities, consult on initiatives, provide status reports, and drive alignment
- Aggregate and synthesize information with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate to broader team
- Serve as the analytics point-person on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to drive fact-based insights and recommendations
- Serve as point of contact for all technology platforms housing our CRM, PM, and Client Portal systems
- Participate in developing programmatic goals and systems
- Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ experience within organizational development, change management, business, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in the virtual work environment
- Excellent knowledge and aptitude of MS Office Suite (including Teams) and online platforms (SuiteDash preferred)
- Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementation (preferred)
- Exemplary planning and time management skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload while meeting deadlines
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Self-starter mindset with the ability to ‘manage up’
- Working knowledge of industry-standard project management methodologies and project life cycles
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Relation Management) system
- Ability to think big picture and connect various data points to help formulate a conclusive opinion on subject matter
- Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment
- High level of verbal and written communications skills
