US2, Inc. is seeking Client Engagement Specialists to support our team

To do this role properly, you need to have a detailed understanding of customer service, project management, sales, and a commitment to a mission-driven business model.
Responsibilities:
- Engage existing and potential clients while supporting their efforts around social justice, equity, and inclusion
- Generate new sales by uncovering client needs
- Identify target markets and craft a campaign strategy, in partnership with other team members to grow client base
- Bring new and proven sales strategies and implement them to the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with the team to establish priorities, consult on initiatives, provide status reports on client projects, and drive alignment to our business brand
- Participate in developing programmatic goals
- All other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements:
- 1-2 years’ of proven sales experience and/or customer service preferred
- Excellent knowledge and aptitude of MS Office Suite (including Teams)
- Exemplary planning and time management skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload while meeting deadlines
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; Self-starter mindset with the ability to ‘manage up’
- Experience using a CRM (Customer Relation Management) system
- Confidence qualifying, overcoming objections, and closing sales with integrity
- Professional presence through both phone and email communication
- Ability to be flexible during company growth
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- High level of verbal and written communications skills

- Must be over the age of 18 and legally entitled to work in the United States
